Friends,

There is no better way I know to recenter oneself than heading to a tropical place. At least that is true for me.

Over the last past 26-plus years, I have been to the Hawaiian Islands countless times. That is also true of Mexico. Jamaica was a great vacation, as were other sunny spots. I could not be more happy to report that as I type this, I am enjoying a fruity Rum drink of some kind on the 11th floor deck of one of Royal Carribean’s biggest ships. We sail shortly, and are bound for Cozumel, the Grand Caman Islands and Jamaica. I am excited to embark.

I plan to post a chapter in my book, “Just Keep Breathing” in the weeks that follow. In the meantime, I have earned this time of relaxation and fun and fully intend to take advantage of my time away.

There will be writing.
